Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Bruce Kenrick House, Kings Cross

Other: UK Driving License Required

We are recruiting for Building Surveyor to join our Planned Investment team. We are a member of the G15 Housing Group and have over 65,000 homes across London and the South-East.

This key role will see you work as part of our to ensure the quality of our properties and to deliver all aspects of planned works to customers in their homes.You will be working in partnership with other teams across departments to improve our homes.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with appropriate surveying qualifications with relevant experience. You will have a thorough knowledge of kitchens and bathrooms. You will possess experience in project management/programme of works and be able to communicate to stakeholders and customers.
