Help organise Building Control!
You’ll never be bored in our busy Building Control team and you’ll be working in a team with a variety of experience who will be on to hand to support and develop you.
If you have an administration background then you’ll know what it takes to keep the service running – be organised, flexible and able to communicate with a variety of different people.
If you’re wondering what skills you’ll need then all we ask is that you have a high attention to detail, good IT Skills and you’ll be able to take ownership of projects.
You’ll manage your own workload which will include booking site inspections, answering general enquiries, sorting, and distributing incoming post and maintaining project files.
Please note that this role is a temporary contract for 1 year.
This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
