The Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls are looking to appoint a Behaviour and Well-Being Coordinator, who shares our passion and commitment to building great learning communities for both our pupils and our employees. The successful candidate will become part of a successful girls school. The school's ethos is rooted in empowerment, with dedicated and supportive colleagues
who strive for excellence. The school is committed to providing the very best learning opportunities for the students in a safe, secure and friendly environment.
The successful candidate will support the consistent approach to student behaviour within the school buildings and grounds. It will be the job-holders role to monitor student behaviour and support students and colleagues on when behavioural issues arise, working in collaboration across the school and under the overall direction of the Wellbeing Manager and Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral). The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management, including supporting emotional and behavioural wellbeing. The candidate will also have knowledge and experience of implementing child protection procedures.
