Our property team is at the helm of many exciting new developments, such as Fellowship Square, home of our newly refurbished Town Hall alongside revitalised public square and fountain and many more across our borough. Our facilities Management team ensures our corporate properties are well maintained, safe and comfortable for all our users. It also provides the support to make sure our destinations – such as libraries - are safe and welcoming for our residents to visit.
We do FM a little differently in Waltham Forest, building a team who are driven, pragmatic, think outside the box and strive to deliver an excellent experience to all our users.
We would like to recruit an administrator to join our Facilities Management and Property Portfolio Management Office (PMO) service, which will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
We are looking for a dynamic, flexible candidate with a willingness to grow by taking the opportunity to further their career through learning and development. You must be able to work independently and part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and, most importantly of all, a desire to continue developing yourself and the service we provide
