We are looking to appoint an individual who possesses the vision, drive, resilience, confidence and personality to build on our current foundation and to continue to improve the opportunities which are offered in our school. Safeguarding is our top priority. Our Headteacher must develop the culture of shared responsibility and regular safeguarding training though local and national partners.

Our Headteacher must be passionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning, keeping up to date with the latest pedagogy and applying this in the pursuit of excellence. They will require a strong understanding of school operations management and maximising value for money to the students and staff.

Our OFSTED report of November 2022 catergorised the school as inadequate. I would urge you to come and visit the school and see the improvements that have been made since then.
