Finance Assistant / School Administrator

Grade: SC4A               Salary: £23,194 – £23,620 pro rata

Hours:  25 hours per week      44.85 paid weeks per year

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our school admin team who will:

  • Maintain, alongside the School Business Manager, financial and budgetary records

  • organise school trips and internal activities

  • establish strong working relationship with all stakeholders – pupils, parents, staff, governors and external agencies

  • have a flexible approach to admin support

About the role

School experience is desirable but not essential. Full support and training will be given, and as a school we are committed to continuous professional development.

We are a busy two form entry primary school on the outskirts of Brighton. We offer a friendly working environment and wonderful sea views! We have many links with the local community and are well supported by a strong governing body.
