The role – Home Ownership Manager-Section 20 (Section 20 officer) 6 month contract
As A Homeownership Manager you will report into the Homeownership Team manager and will be responsible for managing the pipeline of Section 20 consultations across Origin Housings portfolio. This role is a temporary role for a period of 6 months and solely focus on managing the current Section 20 pipeline.
What you’ll do

Draft section 20 notices and manage consultations from start to finish

Liaise with key stakeholders on various observations relating to the consultations

Ensure observations are logged and responded to as per regulation

Assist with a number of Homeownership functions as required
What you’ll need
-
We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in managing section 20 consultations

Be versed on regulation relating to section 20 and leasehold and tenant law.

Good attention to detail

To be solution focused and able to prioritise conflicting deadlines

Previous experience in Managing Section 20 consultations, within a similar environment
