Homeownership Manager (Section 20 officer) 6 Month contract

The role – Home Ownership Manager-Section 20 (Section 20 officer) 6 month contract 

As A Homeownership Manager you will report into the Homeownership Team manager and will be responsible for managing the pipeline of Section 20 consultations across Origin Housings portfolio. This role is a temporary role for a period of 6 months and solely focus on managing the current Section 20 pipeline. 


What you’ll do 

  • Draft section 20 notices and manage consultations from start to finish 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders on various observations relating to the consultations 

  • Ensure observations are logged and responded to as per regulation 

  • Assist with a number of Homeownership functions as required 


What you’ll need 

  • We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in managing section 20 consultations 

  • Be versed on regulation relating to section 20 and leasehold and tenant law. 

  • Good attention to detail 

  • To be solution focused and able to prioritise conflicting deadlines  

  • Previous experience in Managing Section 20 consultations, within a similar environment
