We have a vacancy for a Team Leader post in West Berkshire covering the East  Locality. The team is based in Theale serving the town and surrounding communities.This is an opportunity to be part of the continued development of adult care in West Berkshire as we respond to the Care Act 2014 building on the strengths of people and their local communities.  We need flexible and innovative people to take the team forward and lead them on a day to day basis.

The teams consists of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Practitioners and is suported by our Administration Team.

For this post we require the person to have an Occupational Therapy or Social Work qualification, with relevant post-qualifying experience. The candidate should have relevant experience as a manager, be able to give specialist advice to the team and deputise for the Locality Manager as required.
