Administration Assistant (Primary) - AAAD5065 - Permanent – 32.5 hours per week - Grade: 4 - £21,575 - £21968 per annum, pro rata - Primary Schools – Bollinbrook CE Primary

The Governors of Bollinbrook CofE (Aided) Primary School are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant to work in our busy school office for 32.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, term time only (plus 5 inset days), to start as soon as possible.

The post offers an opportunity to join a committed, hardworking and friendly team.  The post is to work as part of the office team in this small, friendly primary school, whilst providing across school administration support.

Good interpersonal skills are required, as is an ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of the school office. Excellent ICT skills are necessary for this position as is, ideally, experience of working with Arbor (our Management Information System for pupils) - although not essential as training can be given.
