Salary range: £56,022 - £59,313 p.a. inc. / £60,402 - £63,684 (AMHP) p.a. inc.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced operational manager for our Adult Social Care Mental Health Team. The team consists of 36 social work staff and covers Care Management, Forensic Social Work, Hospital Discharge, AMHP and Review pathways.
We are looking for an individual with a demonstrated background in mental health and social care who can lead and develop this busy team. The post holder will need to be able to work closely with partner agencies in health and the voluntary sector in order to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. The post holder will need to understand the complexities and diversity of the community in Brent and be innovative in it's approach to developing the service.
