The Role
We are seeking a Digital Change and Skills Officer to join our Technology Adoption Team within the Digital and Data Services Division. In this role you will be leading a cultural change across by creating and delivering learning sessions and learning content for our 750 Frontline Workers across multiple departments. You will also be working closely with managers in our frontline services to run workshops and showcase the benefits that digital transformation can lead to.
In this role you will be working as a part of a multidisciplinary team helping us to develop a modern hybrid working environment, that enables us to provide the best services for our residents and communities.

You should be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving digital change within our organization. You will have excellent communication skills, content design skills and be able to work collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
You should have a strong eye for detail, accuracy & precision. You should have some experience in designing and delivering workshops and events with business leaders in a dynamic and engaging way both in person and online.
You should be able to evaluate the effectiveness of learning tools along with undertaking simple user research to ensure effectiveness of these tools and sessions.
