Do you have experience leading in a special school?  Do you have experience working with children and their families aged between 2-19 years?  Do you know how to lead and manage residential provision?  If so, we want to hear from you!

Hebden Green is a specialist school for pupils and students aged 2-19 years.  We employ a vast team of talented education staff and work alongside health and care colleagues, to deliver a holistic curriculum that is diverse and inclusive.

We have a strong reputation locally and regionally as an excellent provider of specialist education.  Over the past 10 years we have grown a school that is stable, well organised and delivers great outcomes. 

Due to the move of our existing Head Teacher into a new role, governors are seeking to recruit an expert leader to move our school forward and continue to build on the successful achievements we have made.

We are looking for a leader, who is innovative, truly understanding how to deliver an exceptional curriculum.  We are looking for a leader who is driven and motivated, who will work cross sector, closely with parents and families, to champion the needs of our community. We are looking for a leader who is resilient and ambitious, valuing the impact of education for all.
