Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you want to join a thriving, enthusiastic and creative team? Then come and join us! We offer great training and development and you will be taking part in an unchartered new phase with our systems.

The Social Care & Education Applications Team provide support and training to over 9000 users of the social care and education applications across Adult Care Services and Children’s Services. This specific role will be working on the Establishment Data Import (EDI for short) process within Liquidlogic’s EYES system but will also need to work across all our Liquidlogic systems. • Processing enrolment conflicts following agreed processing rules

You will need to work well under pressure, have good communication skills, be a good team player and above all have an enthusiasm for the work. Full training will be given on the process but knowledge of education would be a benefit.

Currently based in Hertford but longer term moving during late 2023/2024 to Stevenage. We also encourage smart working with the benefit of a laptop. You would be required to be office based 40% of the week and you have the option of working at home or at one of our touchdowns

This is a fast-paced environment. Data will be imported overnight for reconciliation each day. There will be much interaction with other key departments and play a vital part of ensuring that accurate education data is reported to Government Departments.

Additional Information

Technical, skills and qualifications needed for the role include

  • Work hard to meet deadlines
  • Keep up to date with policies and procedures relevant to the role
  • Possess excellent numeracy, communication and IT skills

Previous knowledge of the Liquidlogic systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

If you love variety in your work, where there is never a dull moment, this is the job for you. There are new challenges every day. With the introduction of a new process you will be part of a ground breaking process that will lead to the Local Authority being able to deliver a higher level reporting to Government departments.
