Maintenance Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a positive and flexible person to undertake maintenance jobs within the Harlequin Theatre and also assist with the cleaning of the external, front of house and back stage areas. The Maintenance Assistant will be required to prepare the function rooms and the auditorium for private hirers, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all visitors and take line management responsibilities for the Caretaking team.

About the Person
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of a wide range of maintenance skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Good Health & Safety knowledge; and
• Alignment with our organisational values of being Positive, Supportive, Flexible and Innovative.
