An exciting opportunity has become available at Loughborough Town Hall. We are looking to recruit a full time Duty Manager to join our award-winning Front of House Team.
Applicants should have experience in providing front-line customer service at a management level and have staff management experience. Similarly, you should have a strong knowledge of Health and Safety relating to venues.
The role requires a very positive and enthusiastic person who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer care.
The post is permanent and full-time although it should be noted that, due to the nature of the venue, the hours often include evening and weekend working.
